Minister for Racing Dr Denis Napthine is calling for Expressions of Interest for appointment to the Board of Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV). Dr Napthine said the decision last month to reconstitute the Board was prompted by a report by the Victorian Ombudsman which called for major improvements within the administration of Greyhound Racing Victoria.
