The greyhound industry is saddened by the loss of Dr. David Stobo, who passed away last Thursday, age 54. Dr. Stobo worked as an on-course vet at greyhound tracks for many years all over Victoria. Funeral details: Our Lady’s Catholic Church, Box St, Merbein on Monday 13 October at 1:00pm.

Fred Basset Turns 10!
Fred Basset, one of Australia’s most famous canines, turns 10 today. In late 2006, the greyhound toured Australia with Hamish & Andy, drawing thousands of fans to the races including a record 6,000 people to watch him race in Perth.
