Without A Trace Goes Bold

Without A Trace has stamped herself as the staying star of the 2025 Sportsbet Dream Chasers Festival, adding the Group 1 Sportsbet Bold Trease (715m) to her growing resume with a flawless all-the-way performance at Sandown Park tonight.

Fresh off her emotional Group 1 Topgun Stayers victory just weeks ago, the Peter Presutto trained powerhouse backed it up in emphatic style, pinging the lids from box eight and never giving her rivals – or the clock – a chance.

Stopping the clock in a time of 41.49 seconds, Without A Trace controlled the race from the moment the lids lifted. Her signature blend of early burn and unshakeable strength saw her carve out splits that left the chasing pack – including runner-up Ayden’s Warrior and third-placed Fade To Black – with an impossible task.

The win marks her second Group 1 of the Dream Chasers festival, cementing her status as one of the most influential stayers in recent seasons and delivering another special moment for Presutto, who has ridden a wave of elite-level success across the carnival.

It was Presutto’s second win of the with after On The Prowl won the Super VICGreys Series Final earlier in the night.
