Panama Rhode has been scratched from the Group 3 Fireball due to a minor toe injury.

Trainer Rocky Crisafi made the call on Thursday to scratch his stayer after she pulled up a little sore after the run.

“I’m not entirely sure how long she will be out for – potentially only a couple of weeks,” trainer Rocky Crisafi said.

Ella Enchanted was scratched earlier in the week due to a minor Sesamoid injury which will also see her rested for a couple of weeks.

This means both reserves – Henry Intention and Flying Proud will gain starts. The box draws will be finalised after 9am on Saturday morning.

The scratching’s came from boxes 1 and 7.
