Updated Grading Guidelines to come into effect this week

Participants are advised that GRV’s updated Grading Guidelines, which were released in December for information, come into effect for meetings graded on or after Friday 4 February, 2022.

On Friday 4 February, some greyhounds’ rankings will be recalculated and graded using the updated weighted points table. GRV encourages participants to check the recalculated ranking for all greyhounds in their care on the morning of Friday 4 February.

Race meetings scheduled for grading on Friday 4 February have modified closing times to allow participants additional time to modify nominations if their greyhounds are affected by a change in rank or order of entry.

Race meeting: Shepparton Monday 7 February (Night)
Nominations close: Thursday 3 February, 11:30am

Race meeting: Geelong Tuesday 8 February (Twilight)
Nominations close: Friday 4 February, 12:00pm

Race meeting: Horsham Tuesday 8 February (Twilight)
Nominations close: Friday 4 February, 1pm

Race meeting: Warragul Tuesday 8 February (Night)
Nominations close: Friday 4 February, 2pm

Race meeting: Warrnambool Wednesday 9 February (Twilight)
Nominations close: Monday 7 February, 8:00am
