Victorian greyhounds raise $600 for the ANZAC Appeal

Greyhound racing’s Two for Two-Up campaign yesterday raised $600 for the ANZAC Appeal.

Every time a greyhound wearing the number two rug won a race in Victoria on ANZAC Day (April 25), the host greyhound club donated $50, with that figure matched by GRV.

A total of six greyhounds wearing the number two rug won across the day at Geelong, Horsham and Warragul, with those clubs also making separate donations to their local RSL Clubs.

The game of two-up is synonymous with Australian soldiers, with the ANZAC Appeal raising funds to change the lives of our veterans and their families.
