Limited numbers allowed on course under strict health protocols

Following the State Government’s announcement that most Covid-19 restrictions will be eased from 18 February, GRV wishes to advise that greyhound racing participants can return to the track in limited numbers and under strict health protocols as from tomorrow (Thursday 18 February).

Attendance will be restricted to essential personnel (trainers, handlers, catchers, media, stewards, staff) and registered participants only.

Masks will be compulsory in all indoor settings and outside if you can’t physically distance from others.

Health protocols, including temperature checks, will be required and it is mandatory that all attending sign in using the QR Code.

The above rules apply until Monday 22 February and further announcements will be made early next week.
