Bartolo steps down from GRV board

Ray Bartolo has advised the chair of GRV that he will be stepping down as a director of the GRV board.

One of Victoria’s most respected greyhound breeders, trainers and owners, Ray was on the GRV board for over 12 months.

During his time on the board, Ray held positions on the animal welfare committees of Greyhound Clubs Australia and GRV, as well as serving on GRV’s Animal Welfare Taskforce.

He has also previously been a director at the Geelong Greyhound Racing Club and the Melbourne Greyhound Racing Association.

“Ray brought a unique industry insight to the board from his significant greyhound racing experience. We thank him for his considerable contribution to GRV during his time,” said GRV Chair Peita Duncan.
