The Melbourne Greyhound Racing Association (MGRA) is delighted to invite greyhound fans to tune into SEN_Track from 1pm today to catch the first edition of Midweek Meadows.
The newly created show to be hosted by Crocmedia’s Sam Hargreaves and the MGRA’s very own Troy Iwanyk will bring you up to speed with all things ‘Meadows’ during its 1pm-3pm Wednesday timeslot.
With interviews, race meeting analysis and tips, competitions, and plenty of laughs along the way – you’d be crazy to miss it!
MGRA CEO Ashley Baker is thrilled to see the show launch.
“In these uncertain times it is exciting for the Club to have something fun and positive to focus on.
This platform presents a unique opportunity for us to feature a broad range of participants, sponsors and staff – giving a bit of an insight into how things operate at The Meadows and most importantly -championing the dogs!
The MGRA appreciates the support from both GRV and Crocmedia to get this show up and running and I hope everyone tunes in from 1pm today.”
The show will also incorporate a weekly Victorian Business Challenge whereby Victorian businesses can send in their business details for a chance to win a free race name and digital advertising space during the following week’s race meeting.
“The MGRA acknowledges that many local businesses have really taken a hit during the Covid19 pandemic and this is just a small way we can help them to promote their brand to a huge audience.”
The local community will also benefit from the show, with some amazing charities set to be featured and receive donations from the MGRA each week.
“Many people may not realise that The Meadows has a Community Fund which distributes around $50,000 per year back into the local community.
The show gives us a terrific opportunity to help some of these organisations to promote themselves and the outstanding job they all do in supporting the local area.”
For all of this and more, make sure you’re tuned into SEN_Track from 1pm today to catch the inaugural Midweek Meadows.
