GRV’s IT team (BITS) are developing a new FastTrack App for mobile devices and are seeking participant feedback on the new designs as well as their current experiences using FastTrack.
To enable a wide cross section of participants providing feedback, the BITS team plan to attend a selection of race meetings where participants will be able to view the designs on GRV mobile devices and offer feedback. In this initial feedback cycle, BITS staff will be on track during the following race meetings:
- The Meadows day meeting on Wednesday 26 February
- Warragul day meeting on Thursday 27 February
- Healesville day meeting on Friday 28 February
The BITS team will be in attendance from the start of kennelling until after Race 4 and will be located between the kennel block and the grandstand at each venue. Please come and say hello, have a look at the FastTrack app designs and let us know your thoughts. It will only take a few minutes of your time!
Additional track demonstrations will be scheduled at a later date for other venues, so there will be further opportunities to review the App designs and provide feedback.
