FRIDAY FLUTTER – MA’S PLUM JAM

If you liked ma’s plum jam while growing up, you’ll love the greyhound version even better!

Well, that seems to be The Watchdog’s opinion of Ma’s Plum Jam – a name that rolls off the tongue – in a Restricted Win Heat over 460 metres at Geelong tonight.

The expert form analyst is suggesting that if punters ‘lay it on thick’ they should be left with a sweet taste in their mouths.

Trained at Little River by David Burnett, Ma’s Plum Jam has quickly ‘spread’ a reputation at Geelong, with two wins and one third from three starts. Overall, she has raced on 22 occasions for five wins, one second and eight thirds.

And she also boasts a sizzling 25.65sec PB on the Geelong circuit. No doubt, she looks the flavour of the night!

Here is a replay of Ma’s Plum Jam (box seven) sticking to her guns at Geelong (460m) on July 26:
