One of Victoria’s most talented greyhounds will make his coursing debut in Sunday’s season opener at Lang Lang.
Dewana Result, a finalist in the 2015 Group 2 Warrnambool Classic (2nd) and the 2016 Shepparton Cup (6th), will have plenty of interested watchers when he goes one-on-one up Lang Lang’s grassy straight.
“If you’re trying to pick a winner in coursing, it’s usually best to look for greyhounds that have coursed before.”
“I’m guessing this is a completely new experience for Dewana Result, so it will be interesting to see how he adapts,” said the National Coursing Association’s Heather Villinger.
