The new 12 year wagering license was finalised yesterday as Tabcorp Wagering Pty Ltd and the Victorian Racing Industry (VRI) signed the official documentation at the Tabcorp head office.
The new Joint Venture Agreement replaces the previous 18 year old agreement with which Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) solidified itself as the premier greyhound racing state in Australia.
GRV regulates the sport of greyhound racing in the state of Victoria under the Racing Act 1958 (Act), which includes setting standards and ensuring they are met by participants.
