The $1.5 million upgrade of the Healesville greyhound racing track was officially unveiled last Sunday with Minister for Racing Denis Napthine joining the celebration and attending the venue, which now boasts a new Burrumbeet-sand track. Dr Napthine said the picturesque racecourse was a one-of-a-kind facility and the new pavilion had been designed to complement the track  Greyhound Racing VictoriaGRV regulates the sport of greyhound racing in the state of Victoria under the Racing Act 1958 (Act), which includes setting standards and ensuring they are met by participants.
