Warrnambool Cup heats

Warrnambool held seven heats of the Group Two Warrnambool Cup on Wednesday night, with the winners and fastest second making up the $67,000 field. The 2018 Warrnambool Cup will be run on Wednesday 2 May and will have free buses to transfer racegoers from the Warrnmabool Gallops directly to the greyhounds.

Black Mumbo used the wide box to make it through to another Country Cup, winning heat three in a time of 25.267sec.
