Bulldog, Blue, Kick Goals, Chase Hard

Tom Bell (Carlton) and Jake Stringer (Western Bulldogs) did more than just kick four goals apiece for their respective footy teams on the weekend. In fact, one of them could win a share in a racing greyhound. While both deservedly received plenty of accolades for hitting the scoreboard with career-best hauls, the pair also showed strong defensive qualities by being among the four nominations for the Round 20 AFL Live Chase of the Year competition. Other contenders for Round 20 are Geelong’s Allen Christensen and Essendon’s Michael Hurley. Listen to the chases below and vote for your favourite. The winner of GRV’s ‘AFL Live’ Chase of the Year will win a share in a racing greyhound. And you, too, can race a greyhound with the 2014 Chase of the Year winner by entering the weekly greyhound quiz conducted each Saturday morning at around 11:30am on Ace Radio stations broadcast throughout regional Victoria.
