The Healesville Greyhound Association is offering greyhound trainers the chance to win an entry ticket to the 2016 Group 2 Launching Pad at Sandown Park, a unique event carrying total prize money of $460,000.
The club is raffling off 100 chances to win at a cost of $25 each, with a limit of two chances per trainer. An entry ticket into the Launching Pad is valued at $2,000.
“We’ve already sold 15 of the 100 tickets without any heavy advertising so they are going fast,” said Healesville GA Manager Cynthia O’Brien.
“Anyone who buys a raffle ticket will also get free entry to our Christmas race meeting on December 20, where we will draw the winner, run a barbeque and put on live music and entertainment until well after the last race.”
