Royal Melbourne Show Enriched by Greyhound Photography

Josh Robenstone’s ‘Every Greyhound Has a Story’ photographic exhibition, which was on display in Melbourne’s CBD earlier this year, is credited with being a significant factor in the record number of greyhound adoptions throughout Victoria in 2014.

The world’s first photographic exhibition dedicated to greyhounds, Robenstone’s creative work elegantly portrays the lives of a dozen retired greyhounds that have been adopted as loving pets into Victorian homes.

And for those that missed the exhibition – or wish to see it again – a miniature version is currently on display at the Greyhound Adoption Program stand at the Royal Melbourne Show.

The Royal Melbourne Show is open every day until Wednesday 1 October from 9:30am to 9:30pm daily, with the Greyhound Adoption stand located in Kids Zone.

However, there’ll be more than just an arrangement of spectacular photos at the stand, as a number of retired greyhounds will be on hand to showcase the breed’s loving nature and suitability as pets.
