WARRAGUL: Bella’s Winter Cup

The tables turned at Warragul tonight in the Winter Cup with Bella Rico causing an upset after she held off Paua To Roar, who defeated her in the heats (replay), to with the 460 metre feature.

Paying $17.20 to win the $8,940 feature, Bella Rico, who is trained and owned by Luckie Karabitsakos, lead from start to finish after jumping straight to the front from box 2.

The daughter of Stagger and My Path Princess has now had 14 starts for six wins and four minor placings, accumulating over $13,000 in prize money.
