HITMAN STRIKES AT GEELONG

Hurunui Hitman fired a telling message at Geelong on Friday night, winning a heat of the Geelong Cup by six lengths.

The Steve McKenna trained sprinter clocked the slick time of 25.56sec, which was the fastest of the seven heats.

Other heat winners were:
