GREYHOUNDS SPUR UNITY

The TAB Sportsbet Great Chase began yesterday amidst a thoroughfare of activity and excitement at The Meadows.

The groups gathered together upstairs due to the inclement weather but soon were treated to some great racing, viewing the greyhounds from one of the best vantage points in Victoria and possibly Australia.

One particular group that enjoyed first prize was the Carinya Society, whose greyhound Prince Holyfield, stormed home to take out race four on the card.

Carinya are a special group in this year
