WARRAGUL ST. LEGER

Powerful finisher David Bale is one of the main chances in Tuesday night’s $7,000 to-the-winner St. Leger Final at Warragul [460m].

The Graeme Bate-trained youngster will enter the final with a succession of recent minor placings to his name, and is rated by The Watchdog as third favourite at $4.50 behind $3.00 equal favourites Stagger [Garry Selkrig] Unequivocally [Darren McDonald].
 
In-form trainer Jeff Britton has two finalists in Mepunga Geordie [$8.00] and Maxim Reality [$21.00].
 
The St. Leger final is Race 8 on the card and is scheduled for 9:08pm.
