Pat Haas

Pat Haas was a trailblazer for women in greyhound racing during her time as a trainer and also an administrator.  Pat was one of the first females to obtain her trainer's license, and in 1971 was the first women in Victoria to handle a winner on the racetrack.  Pat was the first female director of a metropolitan greyhound race club when she joined the Melbourne Greyhound Racing Association in 1980.  Pat was a committee member of the Greyhound Owners Breeders Incentive Scheme.
