I want to create an account in FastTrack but I don't have access to a PC.  Can I get an account created over the phone? (posted 30/042013)

Yes, a FastTrack account can be created over the phone by contacting Member Services on (03) 8329 1100.

How do I activate my FastTrack account? (posted 30/04/2013)

For Victorian registered members, click here to activate your FastTrack account. Once you have activated your account you will then be able to access FastTrack via the GRV website at www.grv.org.au. Alternatively you may contact Member Services on (03) 8329 1100 to activate your account over the phone.

I need help working my way around the FastTrack system.  Can you help please? (posted 30/04/2013)

I used to log in to submit Nominations.  Do I use the same log in as before? (posted 30/04/2013)

Your old log in details for Nominations are no longer valid for the new FastTrack system.  Victorian registered members will need to activate their FastTrack account and use their FastTrack log in to access Nominations.  For instructions on how to nominate in FastTrack, please click here.

I have an error to report.  Where can I report this error? (posted 30/04/2013)

To log an error or to submit your feedback, please click here.  The FastTrack help page contains a section where you can report an error or submit your feedback.  The error will be logged and attended to within 24 hours.

What are the payment options in FastTrack? (posted 30/04/2013)

 Participants have the following payment options available to pay for transactions: credit/debit card (Visa and MasterCard are accepted).  Post bill pay: Australia Post outlets can process cash and cheque payments, plus EFTPOS transactions for credit and debit cards.  Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express are also accepted.  For further information on your payment methods, please contact Member Services on (03) 8329 1100.


 Can you please explain a dog that is in excess of $25,000 in prizemoney and is drawn in to a race/meeting for which it appears to be ineligible? (posted 18/4/2013)

The $25,000 limit is calculated from the stakemoney earned which excludes GOBIS and VBIS payments.  For the purposes of grading, GOBIS and VBIS payments are excluded from this total. Prizemoney listed in Watchdog form guides and on the “Form” tab for each greyhound includes bonuses (e.g. GOBIS, VBIS).

  I was receiving eDog Tracker emails but I haven't received any for some time.  Why am I not receiving emails anymore? (posted 5/12/2012)

If you are a Victorian registered member and you were using eDog Tracker, your data should have been migrated across in to the FastTrack system.  If you are NOT a registered Victorian member, you will need to create an account and re-establish your tracking dogs.


I cannot remember which dogs I was tracking.  Can you help me please? (posted 5/12/2012)

Please email fasttracksupport@grv.org.au and request your old tracking information.  GRV will send you an excel spreadsheet document with details of the dogs you have been tracking and any comments associated with each dog(s).

I am not currently registered for FastTrack.  How do I create an account? (posted 5/12/2012)

If you are a registered Victorian member, you will need to activate your account.  You can do this by selecting "Forgotten Password" which appears in the FastTrack log in section of the GRV website.  

If you are not currently registered with GRV, you will need to create an account.  You can do this by selecting "Create an Account" which appears in the FastTrack log in section of the GRV website.

I am a registered GRV member and I was using the eDog tracking service.  However, my data has not migrated across.  Why am I not seeing my tracking dogs? (posted 5/12/2012)

 

GRV have only migrated data for Victorian registered members.  However, if you did not orginally supply your Member Number ID when you first established your eDog tracking account, your data would not have been migrated across.

Industry participants will see a new Watchdog page that will provide easy access to form guides, video links and race results. You will not be required to log in to FastTrack to view these new pages.  The right hand pane of the GRV website will also expand to include upcoming meetings and recent race results.

 How do I find out when online booking trials open and close? (posted 5/9/2012)

All clubs have individual opening and closing times; please refer to your Club’s website for full details. Alternatively if you have any questions regarding Online Trials please contact your Club Manager.  

 Will I need to activate for each release for the year? (posted 5/9/2012)

You will not be required to activate again for future releases, once you have activated for August you will be able to access all releases going forward.

Yes you are still able to book your trials over the phone with your club, however you will not receive the special online 50% discount.

 I've cancelled my online Club Trial booking, how do I get my refund back? (posted 13/8/2012)

Your refund will be paid into your bank account that is currently registered with FastTrack. The amount will not be refunded into your credit card as FastTrack doesn't store your card details.

 I've heard that GRV is benefiting from the new online Club Trial Booking system because the money is no longer paid directly to the clubs. Is this true? (posted 13/8/2012)

This is incorrect, GRV is currently reimbursing all participating clubs that are using the Online Club Trial Booking system. The Online Club Trial Bookings are designed to relieve the amount of phone calls the clubs receive.

What changes will I see in the August release? (posted 6/8/2012)

The August release will be launched on Wednesday 8th August which will see some changes to the GRV website. This will include changes to the location of some functions such as Greyhound Central, as well as a right hand log in section for FastTrack. In addition, you can book trials online at participating clubs and see the latest advertised event calendar.

How do I access FastTrack for this release? (posted 6/8/2012)

You can access FastTrack on your own computer or at a club Internet kiosk by logging in via the GRV website at www.grv.org.au. You are required to activate your account in order to log into FastTrack.

How do I activate my FastTrack account? (posted 6/8/2012)

Once the August release is live, GRV will send all Victorian registered members an instructional email to activate your FastTrack account. Once you have activated your account you will then be able to access FastTrack via the GRV website at www.grv.org.au. Alternatively you may contact Member Services or visit a FastTrack Consultant at your local club to activate your account.

When will FastTrack Consultants be available at my club? (posted 6/8/2012)

Consultants will be at all clubs during race meetings for the first two weeks from Wednesday 8th August. Please see your local club FastTrack Consultant to learn more about the system.

Do I still have to activate if I have already activated for Release 1? (posted 6/8/2012)

Yes, you will have to re-activate for the August release.

I activated my account during Release 1 but I can't remember my password? (posted 6/8/2012)

The previous password is no longer valid and you will be required to activate and create a brand new password for FastTrack beginning with the August release.

How do I book trials online to receive a 50% discount? (posted 6/8/2012)

You can log into FastTrack to book and pay for trials online in order to receive the 50% discount, which is only valid at participating clubs and for the first month. Please see your local club for more information.
